Improve Strength + Technique

olympic lifting

Whether you are looking to improve your lifting strength and technique, or focus on recreational or competitive weightlifting, this class is for you.  Learn from experienced coaches who have trained with, and learned from, the best weightlifting coaches in Canada.

Our program is open to those who have experience with olympic lifting. If you are brand new, please message us to book a 1-on-1 introductory session before jumping in.


When: Mondays at 7:30pm and Fridays at 6:20pm.
Note: Olympic Lifting classes are available to members in addition to their regular classes and can be accessed through any membership.

Hone the skills!


This is an opportunity to break down advanced skills into their components and work on building prerequisite strength in the foundational positions of high skills gymnastics.  You will refine movement patterns in a slower paced environment of a dedicated class, as you don’t have much opportunity to devote to them during regular classes.

Fitness + Fun

CrossFit Teens

We will coach your teens through proper movement without load. We warm up, teach skills, complete a “WOD” (workout of the day) and end with a game or challenge.  Our goal is to get them excited about exercise, nutrition and overall health + well-being at an early age.  Our classes will improve your childs fitness in all 10 areas of: Strength, Conditioning, Speed, Power, Flexibility, Stamina, Agility, Coordination, Balance, and Accuracy.

Example Movements include: squats, deadlifts, presses, cleans, situps, pushups, pullups, burpees, skipping, running, rowing and more!


Each class is 1-hour in length and run by one of our certified instructors. Movements are taught unweighted until teens demonstrate proper movement patterns to "earn weight."

Details + Pricing

When: Thursdays at 7:30pm and Sundays 2:00pm
Cost: $175+HST/6-week block
Requirements: Parents must come into the gym at drop off and pick up time. Teens should have indoor shoes and water bottles, and arrive on time for class.

Do what you do best, whatever that may be. This open gym time is perfect for extra skill or weightlifting development, to make up a class workout or to simply “hang out.”


Open Gym Times: Monday - Friday, 10:00am - 11:45am.
