Friend, you come here to GET FIT! You don’t need to have any CrossFit [or workout] experience whatsoever! With our programming, you can modify and scale every session to be suited to your level – and our coaches will guide you. Our members range from 13 to 70+ years young, all with a variety of backgrounds, training experience and lifestyles.

All classes run for 60 minutes and include a warm up. We encourage you to arrive early so you’re ready to go! If you’re 10+ minutes late, you will be asked to return at a later class time.

No! All of our memberships are flexible with no contracts or commitments. You can hold, cancel or change at any time with no fees! We just ask for notice of cancellation.

Shoes are necessary, shirts are optional. We also encourage you to stay hydrated, so bring water! If you forget… we got you covered with a watering hole and some fun drinks / snacks available for purchase.

You know it! Our changerooms are equipped with showers, some much-needed essentials and space to keep your gym items if you don’t want to take them home.
